A few deals Jun 04
I love a good deal. I've found a few this week and will share them with you in order from the least great deal (does that even make sense?) to the best.
3. Little Lambs & Ivy~They're still having their retirement sale. Okay, to me, this is not that great of a deal. When I got the letter in the mail and saw the words: "...up to 75% off..." I got real excited. I went the 2nd day of the sale and did find a winter dress for Aubrey that I actually got for 75% off. My intention was to find some matching outfits for the girls. Didn't quite meet my goal...went yesterday again to see if I could find better deals, and really, no I could not. SO much of their stuff is still full price and/or just 15% off. Not much of a deal to me, but I share it anyway because some may think it's a a good deal. I did overhear the owner talking with a lady yesterday who said that she was waiting for the 90% sale sign. The owner just laughed.
2. The Happi Stores~Happy Birthday to them! They're having 33% off of any one item to celebrate their 33rd birthday. I have loved this store since I was 4 years old (that's my earliest memory of shopping there...I still remember my little hot pink duffle bag with purple straps. It had "Laurin" on it with a pair of purple ballet slippers. Oh, what fondness!) So, yes, I love this store and could spend hours in there just looking.
1. Bath & Body Works~It's their semi-annual sale! This, by far, is where you can find the greatest deals! The only thing i get there is their WallFlowers which tremendously help with the "scents" of our 60+ years old house and our beagle and you can get refills (2 to a package) and/or new ones for just $5. Go stock up for the whole year because you know with each season, you can really get creative and have different scents. Caution: I think this sale ends today.
