Be imitators of God, therefore, as dearly loved children and live a life of love, just as Christ loved us and gave Himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.

If you have been around Savannah and me for more than 5 seconds, you know she is a mama's girl all the way. At first this would be played out through tears when I left the room. Now it's becoming a bit more daunting to me. She imitates just about everything I do from talking on the cell phone, to picking up laundry...to wearing my apron.
Although it's cute, it's very daunting to me because she is watching Every. Move. I. Make. Wow. That means she's watching when I get flustered if I cannot find something I'm looking for. That means she's watching when I get upset at a fellow driver. That means she is watching and listening to my tone of voice, whether it be toward Aaron, a stranger, and even Charley.
Be imitators of God~a heavy command to say the least but at the same time very freeing to me this day as I pray she sees not just a mama doing mama things, but a Saviour and His deep love flowing out of me.
